1. Processing Time
All orders are subject to a processing period of up to 3 business days before shipment.
Processing may include order verification, quality control, production preparation, customization, and secure packaging.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
For handmade, personalized, custom-made, or made-to-order products, additional production time may apply. Any estimated production or delivery times shown on the product page are estimates only.
2. Shipping Time
Standard worldwide delivery time is approximately 9 business days after processing, unless otherwise stated at checkout or on the product page.
Delivery times may vary depending on destination country, customs clearance, carrier delays, seasonal volume, weather, local disruptions, and other factors beyond our direct control.
Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs, if applicable, are calculated and displayed at checkout.
International orders may be subject to duties, taxes, brokerage charges, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.
4. Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Tracking information may take up to 72 hours to update after dispatch.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
International shipments may be subject to customs inspections and additional duties or taxes.
Customers are responsible for paying all applicable customs fees, duties, taxes, brokerage charges, or import-related costs.
Luna Glow Studio is not responsible for delays, holds, seizures, or additional charges caused by customs authorities or local import regulations.
6. Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
Luna Glow Studio is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect, incomplete, or outdated addresses provided by the customer.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal, failure to claim, unpaid customs charges, or delivery failure caused by customer error, the customer may be responsible for reshipping fees or may receive a refund excluding non-refundable costs, where applicable.
7. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
Once an order is handed over to the carrier, delivery may be affected by third-party logistics providers, customs authorities, weather, local restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our direct control.

8. Multiple Shipments
For logistical reasons, items from the same order may be shipped separately.
If this occurs, you may receive separate tracking information for each shipment.

Luna Glow Studio is not responsible for shipping delays or non-delivery caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters
- Strikes or labor disputes
- Armed conflicts or wars
- Customs delays
- Global health emergencies
- Carrier disruptions
- Logistics network interruptions
- Government restrictions or import/export controls
